大学宿舍区是大学生学习和生活的重要区域,只有充分发挥学生干部的作用,才能利用好此区域。因此,建设好大学社区学生干部队伍,既有必要又有重要意义。在建设过程中,应该用正确的思想统一管理干部队伍,引领其健康发展;用心与学生干部沟通,关爱到位,成为其真正的引路人和知心朋友;注重选拔培养和考核激励,以保障队伍的凝聚力和战斗力;科学使用新媒体,优化干部队伍管理;社区辅导员应坚持学习,与时俱进,提高自身综合素质。

University dormitory is an important area for college students＇ study and life. Only by giving full play to the role of student cadres, can we make good use of this area. Therefore, it is of great necessity and significance to develop the student cadres in college community. In the process of development, in order to lead the student cadres into a healthy development level, they should be reorganized by correct thoughts. Communicate with and take good care of them sincerely and become their genuine guider and intimate friend. Place emphasis on selection training and appraising incentives so as to keep the cohesion and combat capacity of the team. Use the new medium scientifically to optimize the management of them. The community instructors are expected to learn persistently, keep pace with the time and improve their comprehensive qualities.
