摘要
高启安教授的治学之路最初从敦煌文献入手,专攻敦煌饮食文化,他的博士论文曾获得兰州大学优秀博士学位论文奖,其研究课题获得了国家文物局、国家社会科学研究基金的资助,为敦煌学研究开辟了一块新的领域。此后,其饮食文化研究范围逐步拓展至丝绸之路中国段,以此获得了日本学术振兴会(JSPS)资助,学术视野进一步扩展,材料搜集巨细无遗,研究视野和空间不限于一国一域,成果迭出,观点推陈出新,达到了国际学术的前沿。其丝绸之路饮食文化研究特点,可以归纳为三点:一是具备丝绸之路的广域眼光与民族文化的交融视角;二是站在国际学术前沿,充分掌握域外尤其是日本的文献材料;三是切实展开田野调查,并将考古材料与传世文献结合印证。是国内在此领域研究中贡献突出的学者之一。
Prof. GAO Qi-an's scholarship started with Dunhuang documents, with his research focused on Dunhuang catering culture. His doctoral dissertation was awarded excellent doctorial dissertation by Lanzhou University. His research subjects were funded by China State Administration of Cultural Heritage and China State Social Sciences Fund, opening up a new field for Dunhuang studies. Later on, his catering cultural research gradually extended to the Chinese section of Silk Road, and was thus funded by JSPS, becoming the forefront of the international academics for the further extended academic horizons, exhaustive material collection, research domain not confined to one country or one region, innovative views and the spring up of achievements. Prof. GAO Qi-an' s catering cultural research of the silk road is characterized by wide-range view and national culture perspective, the forefront of the international academics with a full command of extra-regional literatures, particularly those of Japan, and expansion of the field investigations together with the archaeological materials combined with the literatures handed down from ancient times.
