On Urbanization Development Characteristics and Planning Control in the Coastal Cities of Guangxi——A Case Study of Qinzhou

新型城镇化作为统筹城乡区域发展的有力支撑,近年来成为学者关注的焦点。广西沿海城市推进新型城镇化,是解决农业、农村、农民问题的重要途径。以钦州市为例,探讨其城镇化现状及特征,提出钦州市新型城镇化发展的规划调控措施,为广西沿海城市新型城镇化建设提供案例参考。

New-type urbanization, as powerful support of urban and rural in development, arouses the attention of experts and scholars. Facilitation of urbanization in the coastal cities of Guangxi is a key solution to the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Based on the case study of Qinzhou, the article probes into its present urbanization situation and characteristics, and urbanization development in Qinzhou in an effort to development in the coastal cities of Guangxi. suggests planning and control measures for new-type provide a case reference for new-type urbanization
