职工的全面发展最根本是指职工劳动能力的全面发展,即人的智力和体力的充分、统一的发展。工会要在促进职工全面发展中发挥作用,就必须切实维护职工利益,促进职工身心健康,同时还要加强政治教育、技能培训、企业文化建设,多方位、多层次地为职工全面发展创造条件。
