Contributions of Trade Unions in Collages to Modern Collage System

在现代大学制度建设中,高校工会应当通过建立健全教代会制度、加强二级教代会民主管理和加强校务公开,来推进学校民主管理进程;通过切实维护教职工的合法权益、真正关心教职工切身利益和建立健全维权机制,来促进和谐校园建设;通过党政工共建、建立激励机制和不断开拓创新工作思路与方法,来促进校园文化建设。

In the building of modem coUage system, trade unions in collages should implement the faculty members＇ congress system, and strengthen democratic management of sub-level faculty members＇ congress and openness of collage affairs, in order to stimulate democratic management progress. To build the harmonious campus, trade unions should effectively guarantee the faculty members＇ legitimate rights, honestly care about the faculty members＇ own self-interests and implement rights-protection systems. Through the co-building of the party, the management and the employees, and the construction of the inspiring system and being creative in working methods and ideas, trade unions would eventually do its contributions in school culture building.
