为了更好应对信息技术发展带来的挑战,市级党校图书馆应明确功能定位,确定图书馆功能转变的路径方式,客观分析影响图书馆功能转变的不利因素,制定具体措施,实现市级党校图书馆的功能转变。

In order to better cope with the challenges brought by the development of information technology,municipal Party school library should be clear about the orientation and figure out the path for the functional shift. The Party school is also supposed to analyze the unfavorable factors of functional shift and prepare countermeasures,in order to accomplish the functional shift.
