中小企业协同商务链合作伙伴模式研究

Research on the Cooperative Partner Mode of Collaborative Commerce Chain of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

协同商务链是一种有利于中小企业生存和发展的新型商业运作模式,选择适当的合作伙伴是成功运作协同商务链的关键步骤之一。协同商务链具有信息共享、协同交互、互惠共生等特点,其本质是一种基于合作的链条。这种合作是竞争中的合作,每个网链上的节点企业选择合作伙伴都有其特定的原因和策略。本文以生产企业为例,对中小企业协同商务链合作伙伴选择进行了论证。

The collaborative commerce chain is a new mode of commercial operation which is benefit to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. Selecting the appropriate partner is one of the key steps for successful operation of collaborative commerce chain. Collaborative commerce chain has some characteristics,such as information sharing,collaborative interaction and mutualism characteristics,etc. Its essence is a kind of chain based on cooperation. The partner selection of each enterprise on the chain has specific reason and strategy. Taking the manufacturing enterprise as an example,this paper discussed the selection of collaborative partners of the commerce chain of small and medium-sized enterprises.
