工作流技术在银行贷款申请审批中的应用研究

On Applying Workflow Technology in Loan Application Approval System

为提高银行贷款申请审批工作效率,利用工作流技术设计基于浏览器/服务器架构的贷款申请审批工作流模型.对贷款申请流程进行工作流过程定义,给出贷款申请审批活动的形式化定义,在此基础上设计实现该系统的工作流引擎.同时,该系统引入奖惩机制,督促节点处理人员及时处理任务,提高节点的处理效率和质量,严格控制贷款申请单从填写到最终获得审批结果的所需处理时间.实践表明,在该系统的支撑下,贷款申请审批效率得到很大的提高.

To improve the work efficiency of loan endorsement, a loan application approval work - flow model based on B/S is de- signed. In this paper, the workflow of loan application procedure is defined, as well as the loan application activities is formally de- fined. Based on these definitions, workflow engine of this system is implemented. At the same time, reward and punishment mecha- nisms were introduced into the system, which can prompt employee to handle the tasks in time with high quality. So, the time spent for the entire approval process will be strictly controlled. Practice demonstrates that the system is valuable and efficient.
