摘要
在实验室自制的反应容器中,通过紫外光照甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)制备聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(PHEMA)的高分子薄膜,得到的聚合物膜很容易从反应容器中完整剥离,并在聚合膜里负载药物,对聚合膜的药物缓释性能进行研究.利用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、紫外光谱等先进技术对薄膜及负载药物薄膜进行表征,结果表明薄膜是HEMA的C=C键聚合生成的聚甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(P-HEMA)的高分子聚合物,表面呈致密结构,在水中会发生溶胀且具有一定的柔软性,薄膜负载药物后对药物具有良好的缓释效果.
P-HEMA( poly hydroxyethyl methacis, late) thin films were prepared under UV-irradiation at room temperature. The ob- tained films were easily peeled off from a homemade react container without any broken. The films were characterized by infrared spec- troscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The films loading salicylic acid were also synthesized and their drug controlled release prop- erties have been characterized in detail. The results show that the films have good drug controlled release properties.
