Synthesis and Characterization a Series of 2,7-dibromofluorene Derivatives

摘要 9位官能化的2,7-二溴芴衍生物(1~7)是以9H-芴为原料,先后经溴化、氧化或烷基化得到,反应条件温和,分离简便,产率高(80%~99%),特别是2,7-二溴芴氧化成2,7-二溴芴酮(1),在绿色环保条件下即可完成,符合绿色化学理念及原子经济性,化合物1~7的结构都经过核磁共振1H、13C谱确认. A convenient, isolated easy, mild procedure was developed for the preparation of functionalized 2,7-dibromofluorene derivatives ( 1 -7) by trearment of 9H-fluorene with Br2 firstly, then alkylation or oxidation with high yield (80 % - 99 % ), oxidized 2,7-dibromofluorene to compound 1 under especially green conditions in line with the concept of green chemistry and atom economy, and the products was charactered by ^1H,^13C NMR.
