摘要
以纽荷尔脐橙为研究对象,测定脐橙枯水果实的营养指标和密度,结果表明:枯水主要表现为汁胞萎缩失水,密度下降.与正常果比较,枯水果总糖含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量均下降,其中可滴定酸下降最明显.可滴定酸和果实密度与脐橙枯水程度有极显著的负相关,发生枯水病的脐橙,密度低于734 kg/m3,通过对大量样本分析,枯水发生程度(H)与密度(X)之间建立回归方程H=-17.55X+14.89,其相关性R2=0.951 8,准确识别密度可以作为脐橙枯水病无损检测的特征指标.
The nutrition indexes and density of vesicle collapse Newhall navel orange were determined. The results indicated that in comparison with the normal fruit, the vesicle collapse fruit had significantly lower total sugar, titratable acid and Vc content, titrat- able acid had the greatest reduction. Titratable acid content and density were significantly and negatively correlated with the fruit gran- ulation index at the 0.01 level in Newhall navel orange. The density of 118 vesicle collapse fruits were below 734 kg/m^3 , there was sig- nificant linear relation between density(X) and the level of vesicle collapse fruit (H) with the regression equation of H = - 17.55X + 14.89 ( R^2 = 0.9518), the density of vesicle collapse fruit can be used as the characteristic index of non-destructive Testing of vesicle collapse navel orange.
