列斐伏尔空间生产理论的转型期县城消费空间研究——以赣州市大余县为例

County Consumption Space Research of Transition Based on Lefebvre Space Production Theory——Taking Dayu County of Ganzhou City as an Example

县城作为乡村与城市的过渡地带,对连接城乡起着重要的纽带作用.当前我国正处于社会转型的重要时期,信息网络技术不断发展、居民消费水平不断提高、交通方式日益便捷,消费群体、消费行为、消费模式亦随之改变,消费空间也呈现出新的发展形势:电子商务日益普及,虚拟商店不断拓展;汽车消费大众化,二手车交易日益火爆;城乡一体化发展迅速,商贸综合体的地位日益突出.本文主要以列斐伏尔空间生产理论为基点,通过探究转型期我国县城消费空间的发展特点和范式,找出转型期各种新形势下县城消费空间的各种新的转向和视角,并以赣州市大余县为例进行实证研究.

The county as the transition of rural and urban area, plays an important role in connection of urban and rural. At present, our country is in an important period of social transformation, information-network technology continues to develop, the consump- tion level has been constantly improved, transportation is more convenient, therefore, consumer groups, consumer behavior and con- sumption patterns change, space consumption also showed new developments： e-commerce increase more popular, virtual stores contin- ue to expand; automobile mass consumption, the second-hand car trading has become increasingly popular; Integration of urban and rural development is rapid, business combination has become an increasingly important position. This paper mainly takes Lefebvre Space Production Theory as the basis, through studying the development characteristics and patterns of the transition about county con- sumption space development characteristics and paradigms, find out the transition period under the new situation, the county consumer space new turn and angle, taking ganzhou city dayu county as an example for empirical study.
