摘要
本研究旨在探讨企业对从业人员态度领域职业能力的期望。通过访谈工业、营建、商管、设计类企业的136位样本专家,以研究企业的期望。访谈记录经由内容分析,获得19项企业期望的态度领域职业能力。其中,企业期望最殷切的态度领域职业能力为"认真"、"严谨"、"积极",其次是"吃苦耐劳"、"诚实"、"团队合作",以及"负责"、"职业伦理"、"敬业"。除此之外,不同类企业样本专家的个别期望,还有"注重安全"、"爱惜工具与材料"、"正直"、"宏观"、"创新"、"独立"及"亲和"。根据上述发现,对职业教育与训练的课程内涵与实施方式,提出六项具体建议,希望有助于培育优质的劳动人力。
This study was to explore expectations of enterprises on employees' competences in the attitudinal area. The study collected expectations of enterprises through interviewing 136 subject managers and employees from selected companies in the industry, construction, commerce and management, and design areas. According to content analysis, 19 expected competences in the attitudinal area were found. The most anticipated competences are "conscientious", "cautious", and "active". Many subject managers and employees also emphasized such competences as "endurance", "honest", "cooperative", "trustworthy", "ethical", and "dedicated". In addition, subject managers and employees from different areas respectively claimed various competences such as "safety-conscious", "cherishing tools and materials", "righteous", "macroscopic", "innovative", "independent", and "approachable". Based on the findings, researchers proposed 6 suggestions related to the content and implementation of vocational education and training in order to creating labor force with high quality.
