县校合作共建高职特色学院办学模式的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on School-running Model of Higher Vocational Specialty College by Cooperation between County and School

县校合作共建高职特色学院,既可以解决县域经济社会的发展对高素质技术技能型人才的渴求,又能提升职业院校服务社会的能力,也是中高职衔接建构现代职教体系的重要途径,是我国高职院校发展的最佳选择。实践表明,创新办学体制和机制,以中高职衔接为纽带深度融合,共建共享教学资源,面向需求动态发展等等是办好特色学院的有效方法。

Building higher vocational specialty college together by cooperation between country and school can solve the demand for the high-quality skilled talents because of county＇s economic and social development, improve the ability of vocational college to service the society, is an import way for the connection of secondary and higher vocational to and construct the modem vocational education system, and is the optimal choice for development in higher vocational colleges in China. Practice shows that it is an effective approach to run the characteristic school about the innovation school-running system and mechanism ,a higher depth fusion by the link of the connection of secondary and higher vocational, the co-construction and sharing of teaching resources, the need of dynamic development so on.
