介绍了国内外高速线材轧后控冷工艺的典型技术,比较了不同技术的装备和工艺特点,分析了典型钢种的冷却工艺特点及其对产品质量的影响,并提出了一种能满足多钢种要求的新的轧后冷却工艺布置形式。

Some different kinds of controlled cooling techniques for high speed wire rod were introduced with their comparison of equipment and process characteristics. The typical controlled cooling techniques for some steel grade wire rods and effects on their performance were analyzed. A new cooling process layout fit for multiple steel grades was proposed.
