韶钢3450mm中厚板轧机板凸度控制的研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对宝钢集团广东韶关钢铁有限公司3 450mm中厚板轧机存在板凸度过大的问题,建立了3 450mm机组辊系仿真计算模型,对该机组的板凸度调控能力进行了仿真分析,发现目前使用的工作辊辊型凸度过小,导致机组板凸度调控能力过低,同时弯辊力投用不合理和轧制负荷分配不合理加剧了机组板凸度过大的问题。为此,对机组的工作辊辊型进行了设计,并重新制定了弯辊力设定策略和机组轧制负荷分配制度,使成品平均板凸度由0.35mm降至0.10mm以下。 In order to solve the problem of the plate--shaped crown overlarge in the 3 450 ram mill in Shaoguan Iron and Steel Co. , a simulation model of the roll was established, and the ability for plate crown control was analyzed. The results showed that the work roll shape crown was too small,which caused the whole unit plate crown control ability being too low. The crown problem was also aggravated by the unreasonable roll bending force input and rolling load distribution. On the basis of the above, work roll shape was redesigned, and the bending force input and rolling load distribution process were improved. So, the average plate crown was reduced from 0.35 mm to below 0. 10 mm.
