摘要
由于我国的空中乘务专业缺乏行业标准与专业规范,导致各个院校在空乘人才培养质量方面呈现良莠不齐的局面。我校空中乘务学院建院10年以来,通过不断探索和完善办学思路,已确立较为准确的空乘专业人才培养方向,并形成了一套科学有效的教学管理模式,可以为我国高素质空乘人才培养提供参考与借鉴。
Due to the lack of professional standards and norms in cultivating cabin crew majors in our country, uneven quality of talent cultivation in different colleges occurs. With 10 years of running, Cabin Attendants College of Civil Aviation Flight University of China（CAFUC） has established a relatively right flight attendant cultivation direction by means of continuous exploration and improvement of educational ideas, and has also formed a set of scientific and effective teaching management mode, which provides reference for high-quality talents of flight attendants cultivation.
