目的探讨扁平化责任制整体护理模式在妇科手术患者中的应用效果。方法将400例在我院妇科接受手术治疗的患者随机分为观察组200例和对照组200例,观察组采取扁平化责任制整体护理模式,对照组采取传统护理模式。比较2组患者护理质量评分和满意度。结果观察组患者护理质量评分及满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施扁平化责任制整体护理能显著提高护理质量及患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of the whole nursing model flat responsibility in gynecological operation in patients with. Methods 400 patients were randomly divided into accept operation treatment in gynecological as observation group 200 cases and control group 200 cases, the observation group adopt the holistic nursing mode flat responsibility system,the control group took the traditional nursing mode. Comparison of two groups of patients with nursing quality and satisfaction score. Results in the observation group,nursing quality scores and satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of flattening the responsibility system of holistic nursing care can significantly improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction.
