医学类高职高专学生心理危机的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of students' psychological crisis of higher medical vocational colleges

本文运用UPI调查问卷,5年来对连续五届医学类高职高专大一学生进行了调查,发现其心理危机的主要事件排序为:学业(专业)问题、人际(含恋爱)问题、适应问题、身心疾患、经济压力。因此,医学类高职高专院校应该将主动筛查预防心理危机事件与开展公共必选课《大学生心理健康课》结合,同时配齐心理健康领导小组以及建立完善的危机处理机制。

In this paper,using the UPI questionnaire conducted the survey five years for five consecutive medical vocational freshman,found that the main event of psychological crisis are： Study（professional）,interpersonal（include love relation）,adaptation,physical and mental illness,economic pressure,therefore,in medical vocational colleges should be active screening for the prevention of psychological crisis and the conduct of public elective course of College Students’ mental Health,and complete with mental health leading group and crisis management mechanism.
