8号TRT主推力瓦温度超高故障原因判断和处理方法

摘要 简述了韶钢炼铁部8号TRT煤气透平发电机组透平机的主推力瓦温度由89℃上升到105℃报警,时有超过110℃造成机组保护跳机的设备故障原因.由于高炉炉况的不稳定,造成轴流透平机转子产生不稳定的轴向力,冲击主推力瓦,形成边界润滑和推力瓦泄油.针对推力瓦进油通道进行二次节流和堵漏以及减小推力瓦轴向间隙等措施,取得了良好的效果. This paper describes that when the temperature of the coal gas turbine generator turbine thrust segment of TRT # 8 at the Iron-making Department rose from 89 degrees to 105 ℃, the temperature would alarm. When the temperature is higher than 110 ℃, sometimes the unit protection will trip. It is found out by the analysis that the blast furnace operation is unstable, leading to axial-flow turbine rotor with instability of axial force, which gives the impact on the primary thrust, forming the leakage on the boundary lubrication and thrust bearings. Measures such as the secondary throttle and plugging the oil passages, reducing the axial clearance of the thrust bearings were adopted, good results had achieved.
