摘要 移动式车轮修磨机成功研制,可以倾翻一定角度,使修磨机与车轮通电后产生相切的旋转原理,保证了自动进给修磨的效果,解决了手工修磨车轮时出现的圆弧面凹坑、光洁度不够等问题,从而减轻员工劳动强度,大大提高了工作效率,延长了钢包车轮、渣车轮及钢轨等设备的使用寿命和降低维修成本. A movable wheel grinding machine has been developed. The machine is able to be tihed to an angle at which the grinding machine and the wheel rotate after being powered on based on the tangency principle, so that it can ensure the grinding effect of automatic feeding and effectively solve the hard issues of circular cavities, insufficient Roughness, high la- bor strength and low efficiency by manual grinding. Thereby, the service life of wheels of slag ladle cars and slag cars, and rails, and the efficiency increase and maintenance costs reduce.
