摘要
对韶钢炼钢厂一分厂3座LF精炼炉喂丝机导丝系统不能顺畅导丝和维修困难等问题进行分析,采取有效改进措施.改进后精炼炉喂丝机导丝系统很好地恢复导丝功能,大大减少喂丝机导丝系统故障,缩短检修时间,设备运行正常.
Analysis was made for the wire feeding systems for 3 LFs not working smoothly at the steel-making plant and the difficulty of maintenance. After the effective countermeasures were applied, the feeding worked properly, the frequency of the faults was reduced greatly, the time for the trouble shooting of the feeding system was shortened and the equipment ran normally.
