提高烧结杯实验重现性的改进措施

摘要 烧结杯试验气流边缘效应大,散热量大,因而在相同工艺条件下,与实际生产相比其烧结矿转鼓强度低、固体燃耗高、烧结利用系数偏低,且因烧结杯边缘和中心部位的烧结过程不均匀,试验重现性较差。基于此,尝试了采取加环布沙封闭边缘来改进烧结杯试验的重现性,结果令人满意。 Compared with actual production,the sinter drum strength and utilization coefficient are low,the solid fuel consumption is high under the same process conditions due to the gas edge effect and high radiation dissipation during the sintering pot test, and the test reproducibility is poor due to the uneven sintering process at the pot grate edge and in the center. Based on this, the sintering pot test repeatability is improved by adding sand to seal the pot edge, and the result is satisfactory.
