摘要
为了研究高镁碱性球团液相量与抗压强度之间的关系,采用factsage热力学分析软件研究了碱度对高镁碱性球团液相生成量的影响,同时通过焙烧实验研究碱度对球团抗压强度的影响,在此基础上建立了液相生成量与抗压强度之间的关系,最终采用SEM进行验证。结果表明:随着碱度提高,高镁碱性球团液相生成量逐渐减少,在液相量为5.06%时抗压强度达到最大值,实验结果与模拟结果基本吻合。
In order to study the relationship between liquid phase quantity and the compressive strength of high magnesia alkaline pellets, the influence of basicity on liquid production of high magnesia' alkaline pellets was studied by thermodynamic analysis software factsage. At the same time, the influence of basicity on compressive strength of pellets was studied through roast- ing experiment, and the relationship between liquid phase quantity and the compressive strength was set up based on this, and fi- nally it was validated by using SEM. The results show that, with the increase of alkalinity, the liquid phase production of high magnesia alkaline pellets gradually reduces, and the compressive strength of high magnesia alkaline pellets has reached the maxi- mum when the liquid phase quantity is 5.06% ,and the experiment results are basically consistent with the simulation results.
