Innovation and application of stockpiling and environmental technologies for raw material stockyard

摘要 针对大型露天原料场粉尘污染严重、物料风损率高、冬季堆存的物料易结冻、占地面积大贮料量低等难题,开展了贮料及环保技术攻关与创新。2012年初完成改造后,一次料场的储料量和周转能力明显提高,物料风损大大减少,料场及周边环境得到改善,同时解决了冬季料堆结冻问题,提高了混匀效果,经济和社会效益显著。 In view of such difficulties as serious dust pollution of large sized open air raw material stockyard, high wind damage rate of materials, easy freezing of materials stored in winter, large land coverage and low storage capacity etc. , the material storage and environmental technology study and innovations are carried out. After the reconstruction in early 2012, the storage ca- pacity and turnover capacity of the primary stockyard are improved obviously, the wind damage of the material is reduced substan- tially,the stockyard and its surrounding environment are improved, at the same time the winter storage and freezing problems are solved, the blending effect is increased and the social and economic benefits are remarkable.
