高速公路货车计重收费交通量统计与折算研究

Research on the Truck Traffic Volume Statistics Conversion of the Toll-by-Weight Expressway

针对目前我国收费公路货车计重收费模式下,交通量统计折算出现的新问题,原有的统计折算方法系数无法使用,提出计重收费模式下高速公路计重收费交通量统计折算方法,建立了货车折算系数的连续性和离散型模型,并对模型进行标定,得出折算系数方案,并经过实例验证,结果可靠、可信、可推广应用。

In context of the truck weight charge mode on tolled road in China, the traffic volume statistics conversion appears new problems. The paper proposes the new method of Truck Traffic Volume Statistics Conversion on the Toll-by-Weight Expressway, which constructs continuous and discrete model of truck traffic volume statistics conversion coefficient, and calibrates the model, gets new conversion coefficient. The method has got a good application on the expressways in Fujian province.
