基于养殖户认知的畜产品质量安全管理研究——以盐城市养猪业为例

Study on Quality and Safety Management of Livestock Based on the Cognition of Farmers:Pig Industry in Yancheng as Example

畜产品质量安全是社会各界广泛关注的焦点,而养殖环节作为畜产品供应链的第一个重要节点,对畜产品质量的作用不言而喻。本文从养殖户的认知角度出发,对盐城市生猪养殖户就其对养殖投入品的认知和使用、对生猪质量安全的认知和态度等进行调查和分析。研究发现,农户养殖行为整体较为规范,但存在着对质量安全认识不全面、疫病认识不清晰、养殖不够规模化等问题,对此提出了相关政策建议。

Quality and safety of Livestock is a hot issue in China.As the first important part in supply chain of livestock, the breeding sector＇s importance to livestock quality is Self-evident.Based on the cognition of farmers,this paper conducted an study on farmers＂ cognition and use behavior to the inputs and farmers＂ cognition and attitude to Livestock quality and safety in Yancheng, Jiangsu province, China.The results showed that farmers＂ breeding behaviors are standard in total,but there were some problems at the same time,such as incomplete cognition to quality and safety and poor large scale breeding.Finally,the paper put forward some suggestions.
