摘要
为保证可卷曲沥青混合料具有较高的弯曲变形能力,采用专用粒子GTA1、GTA2、SBS颗粒作为改性剂,选用合适的软化剂和助剂对基质沥青进行复合改性,并使用均匀设计试验对改性沥青制备工艺进行优选。对研发的RV、RT改性沥青进行三大指标试验、布氏黏度试验、DSR和BBR试验,评价其路用性能;对RV、RT改性沥青混合料进行车辙试验、低温和常温小梁弯曲试验以及SPT试验测试其路用性能和力学性能。结果表明:与SBS改性沥青及沥青混合料相比,RV、RT改性沥青及沥青混合料的高低温性能有了显著的提升,其沥青混合料可以满足Rollpave所需的变形要求。RV改性沥青混合料的高温性能优异,更适用于高温、重载;RT改性沥青混合料低温变形性能较好,适用于低温施工。建议实际应用时,结合技术指标和经济要求选取不同沥青混合料。
In order to ensure the rollable asphalt mixture with high ability of bending deformation, using GTA1, GTA2 and SBS particles as modifiers, the suitable softeners and auxiliaries are chosen to prepare composite modified asphalt. The process of modified asphalt preparation is optimized by uniform design test. The three-indicator test, Brookfield viscosity test, DSR test and BBR test on the developed RV and RT- modified asphalt are conducted to evaluate their road performance, rutting test, small-beam bending tests at low temperature and normal temperature and SPT test are conducted to estimate their road performance and mechanical properties. The result shows that ( 1 ) the high and low temperature performance of RV and RT modified asphalt and asphalt mixtures are superior to those of SBS modified asphalt and asphalt mixture, the asphalt mixtures can meet the deformation requirements of Rollpave; (2) RV modified asphalt mixture is suitable for high temperature and overloading because of its excellent high temperature performance ; (3) on account of the outstanding deformation performance, RT modified asphalt mixture is suitable for construction at low temperature. So these kinds of asphalt mixture could be selected in practical project considering the technical indicators and economic requirements.
