氨来呫诺的抗炎机制及抗肥胖研究进展 被引量:2

Research progress in the anti-inflammatory mechanism of amlexanox and its application in treatment of obesity in animals

摘要 氨来呫诺(amlexanox)过去主要用来治疗哮喘和复发性口腔溃疡等,非经典的IKK相关的酶IKKε和TBK1的近来研究证实其能调节肥胖小鼠的能量代谢、胰岛素敏感性和慢性炎症。氨来呫诺通过阻断IKKε和TBK1信号途径,减轻慢性炎症、促进胰岛素敏感性,减少可逆性体重,减轻肝脏脂肪变性,是一个极有前景的治疗肥胖病和2型糖尿病的药物。 Amlexanox was mainly used to treat asthma and recurrent aphthous ulcers in the past. Recent studies sensitiv sensitiv a poten confirmed that lty ity, tial and chronic noncanonical inflammation IKK-related kinases IKKe and TBK1 could regulate energy metabolism, insulin in obese mice. Amlexanox can relieve inflammatory response, improve insulin produce weight loss and reduce liver steatosis through blocking IKKe and TBK1 signal pathway, offering new treatment for obesity and type 2 diabetes
