A Study on Counselor's Work under the Concept of Creating the Most Caring University Students—— Based on the Education Management Mode of Academy System

"书院"是高校育人机制的一次创新。辅导员在该机制中践行"打造最关爱学生的大学"理念,着力点在于通过"书院"建构辅导员与学生之间的新型良好关系:做学生的"好邻居"、"好伙伴"、"好导师"。

Academy is an innovation of education mechanism in colleges and universities. In the mechanism, counselors are supposed to practice the concept of creating the most caring university students, the focus is to construct the new relationship between counselors and students by the Academy： what is become to be a good neighbor, partner and teacher.
