针对闽台联合办学模式下的学生服务指导工作为探讨重点,归纳出服务指导型学生工作模式的具体措施为学生的事务服务指导建立评价体系、利用好学生的情感教育、德育模式相结合做好闽台生指导工作、闽台生心理健康服务指导工作、闽台生的职业规划服务指导工作及关注闽台生创业就业服务指导工作等。

Aims at the research of student＇s service and guidance work on Fujian and Taiwan joined schooling students, suggests the specific measures, including the establishment of evaluation system for student affairs, making good use of students emotional and moral education, and doing well the students mental health, occupation planning and future-employment work.
