板坯5号机铸坯中间裂纹的控制措施

摘要 分析总结控制板坯5号机生产SS400系列普碳钢时铸坯产生中间裂纹的措施:提高扇形段辊子安装精度;提高铸坯二冷效果;优化扇形段在线对弧;钢中锰硫比≥20。 The countermeasures to control the intermediate crack occurring in the slab for SS400 common carbon steel produced in No.5 Slab Caster were analyzed and summarized as to improve the installation accuracy of segment rollers; to enhance the secondary cooling effects of slab; to optimized the on-line curvature alignment and to make the ratio of manganese to sulphur ≥20 in steel.
