摘要 分析认为导致柳钢7号板坯连铸机生产的铸坯表面纵裂纹的原因:结晶器冷却过强、保护渣使用不合理、二冷强度过大、中包工操作水平低等,介绍了实施的降低结晶器水量、合理选用保护渣、优化二冷目标温、提高中包工操作水平等措施及其效果。 The causes for the longitudinal crack on the surface of slab which was produced by No.7 Slab Caster were analyzed as that: the mould cooling was too intensive, the use of mould power was unrea- sonable, the secondary cooling was too strong and the operation skill of tundish operator was poor. The countermeasures such as to reduce the mould cooling water volume, to use mould power reasonably, to opti- mize the target temperature of secondary cooling and to improve the tundish operators" skill and its effects were introduced.
