Hypereosinophilic dermatitis: an update review

嗜酸粒细胞增多性皮炎指一组病因不明、外周血及骨髓中嗜酸粒细胞长期持续增多、仅累及皮肤的一组疾病,具有明显异质性。近年来,该病的发病率有逐年增加的趋势,临床上易发生误诊及漏诊,且缺乏有效的治疗手段。该文旨在总结该病发病机制的进展,以便明确疾病本质,找出有效的治疗对策。

Hypereosinophilic dermatitis refers to a spectrum of disease with unknown etiology and with hypereosinophilia-related tissue damage in skin, but without involvement of the other organs. In recent years, the incidence of the disease seems to be increased, while there remains some dififculties in diagnosing and treating the disease. Here, we summarize the updated pathogenesis of this disorder, which may help to develop effective treatment strategies.
