高镁磷灰石浮选工艺研究

Study on flotation process for high magnesium apatite

采用反正浮选工艺流程对高镁磷灰石矿进行了选别试验,原矿P2O5品位为15.27%,MgO质量分数为5.01%,经过反正浮选得到P2O5品位为30.58%,MgO质量分数为1.49%的磷精矿,综合回收率达到89.23%。

Tests were conducted on separation of high magnesium apatite by reverse-direct flotation process. When the raw ore containing P2O5 15.27% and MgO 5.01% was enriched by reverse-direct process, concentrate analyzing P2O5 30.58% and MgO 1.49% could be obtained with 89.23% recovery of apatite.
