沉积型含白云石复杂难选重晶石矿的选矿工艺研究 被引量:16

摘要 重晶石与白云石的密度有一定差异,对某沉积型含白云石复杂重晶石矿进行了重选分离研究,因矿石嵌布粒度细,重选分离不能获得较好结果。浮选分离研究表明,因重晶石与白云石矿物可浮性相近,选矿分离有相当难度。以碳酸钠做调整剂,水玻璃做抑制剂,DW-1做捕收剂,浮选闭路试验获得重晶石浮选精矿BaSO4品位为88.10%,回收率为82.49%。重晶石浮选精矿经进一步化学精选,BaSO4品位可提高至95.54%,达到Ⅰ级化工用重晶石粉精矿产品标准。 The density of barite and dolomite has some differences. The gravity separation research was conducted on a complex sedimentary with no desirable results obtained due to the fine dissemination size. The results of flotation tests showed that the mineral separation of barite and dolomite is quite difficult because they have similar mineral floatability. Barite concentratewith 88.10% BaSO4 and 82. 49% recovery was obtained in the closed- circuit flotation tests, using sodium carbonate as modifier, sodi um silicate as inhibitor and DW-1 as collector. The BaSO4 grade of barite flotation concentrate by further chemical cleaning could be increased to 95.54% and reach Grade I standard for product of barite concentrate for application in chemical industry.
