摘要
以青海某地油田卤水为原料,考察异辛醇—磺化煤油体系对硼的萃取效果。结果表明:原卤水在异辛醇体积分数为50%、相比(O/W)=2∶1、时间为2min的条件下经4级萃取,萃取率达92.24%;以蒸馏水为反萃剂,在相比(O/W)=2∶1、时间为5min的条件下经2级反萃,反萃率达98.45%。整个过程硼的回收率为90.81%。
The extraction effect of boron in brine of an oilfield in Qinghai was studied by the iso-octyi alcohol -sulfonated kerosene system. The results showed that with the concentration of iso-octyl alcohol in the brine being 50%, the ratio of organic phase to brine 2 : 1 and extraction time 2 minutes, the extraction rate of brine reached 92.24% by 4-stage extraction, Taking dis tilled water as re-extraction agent with phase ratio(O/W) being 2 : 1 and extraction time 5 minutes, the re-extraction rate was up to 98.45% by 2-stage rev-extraetion, the overall recovery rate of boron was 90.81%.
