摘要
经过一个多世纪的发展,蓝宝石单晶因其优良的综合性能得到了广泛的应用。文中综述了蓝宝石的新应用,简述了蓝宝石单晶的主要生长方法及各制备方法的适用场合;介绍了我国蓝宝石单晶的主要生长厂家及采用的方法;最后提出了优化蓝宝石单晶生长在行业应采取的措施。
Through being developed for more than a century, sappnlre crystat nasr, ee~ wJu^ly owing to a series of good physical and chemical properties. This review represents the major properties of sapphire single crystal. The growth methods and recent work on the sapphire single crystal are reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different growth methods are analyzed. The main manufacturers and the methods of sapphire single crystal growth in our country are introduced. The measures to optimize sapphire single crystal growth in the industry are presented.
