摘要 文章从空气预热器的运行特性出发,分析介绍了前置式液相介质空气预热器、前置式液相介质空气预热器与低压省煤器的组合系统、新型电站锅炉暖风器系统的运行特性,并对这三种系统进行了对比分析。得出以下结论:新型电站锅炉暖风器系统冬季工况下可作为暖风器使用,防止空预器出现积灰及低温腐蚀问题,且可部分回收烟气余热,夏季工况下则可实现烟气余热的深度回收;控制合理的热媒水流量,系统不存在低温腐蚀问题。 From the operating characteristics of the air preheater, this article introduced and analyzed the operating characteristics of the front - loading air preheater with liquid mediator and the combined system with the low pressure coal feeder, and the new system of the air heater in the utility boiler. The characteristics of these three systems were analyzed comparatively. The results showed that: during the winter condition, the new system about the air heater in the utility boiler could be used as the air heater, preventing the air preheater from the low temprature corrision, meanwhile the new system can recovery the fuel gas heat; during the summer condition, the new system can achieve the deeply heat recovery of the fuel gas. Viaing the flow rate control of the medium water, the system has no low temprature corrision problem.
