2种抗旱地被植物扦插繁殖研究 被引量:4

Study on Cutting Propagation of Two Ground Cover Plants

摘要 以德国矮景天(Sedum hybridum cv.Immergrunchell)和金焰绣线菊(Spiraea bunmalba‘Goldflame’)为试验材料,分别进行了不同部位、不同扦插基质和不同浓度外源激素扦插繁殖试验,依据扦插生根时间、插穗的生根率及插穗生长情况分析2种地被植物的扦插繁殖状况。结果表明,德国矮景天以茎上部与茎下部枝条作为插穗,在草炭土、园土、园土+草炭土3种基质中扦插均可获得90%以上的生根率,以园土+草炭土基质扦插生根率最高,可达97%以上;金焰绣线菊梢部嫩枝在园土+草炭土的基质中扦插种植生根率最高,为76.4%;德国矮景天2种部位用不同浓度赤霉素处理对提高扦插生根率效果不明显,而金焰绣线菊以100 mg/L赤霉素处理的梢部嫩枝扦插生根率略高,为72.2%。 Sedum hybridum cv. Immergrunchell and Spiraea bunmalba 'Goldflame' were selected as the test materials, which were tested cutting propagation by different parts, different cutting matrix and different concentrations of exogenous hormone. According to the cutting rooting time, the rooting rate of cuttings and growth conditions, cutting propagation of two ground cover plants were analyzed. The results showed that using upper and lower stem of Sedum hybridum cv. Immergrunchell in stern branches as cuttings, the rooting rate of more than 90% could be obtained in three matrix which were peat soil, garden soil, and garden soil + peat soil, cutting rooting rate was the highest in garden soil + peat soil matrix, which was up to 97% or more; using tip department of a twig in matrix of garden soil + peat soil, Spiraea bunmalba 'Goldflame' cutting rooting rate was the highest, which was 76.4%. The effect on 2 kinds of part in Sedum hybridum cv. Immergrunchell with different concentration of GA3 treatments were not obvious to improve the rooting rate of cuttings, and the cutting rooting rate of tip shoots of Spiraea bunmalba 'Goldflame' was slightly higher with 100 mg/L GA3 treatment, which was 72.2%.
