摘要
为了筛选生产中防治糜子黑穗病的有效药剂,采用先接种菌种再进行药剂拌种的方法,研究了不同药剂对糜子黑穗病的防治效果。结果表明,40%福美拌种灵、2%立克秀和50%甲基硫菌灵对糜子黑穗病均有很好的防治效果,3种药剂间差异不显著,相对防效分别为100%,100%,97.4%,显著高于其他药剂处理和对照。这3种药剂的保苗率均较高,分别为108.90%,102.69%和99.33%。在大同县西后口村和大同市新荣区的重病田进行的大田防治试验结果表明,40%福美拌种灵、2%立克秀和50%甲基硫菌灵在2个试验点的平均田间防效分别为97.5%,93.9%和93.2%,控害效果均较理想。说明40%福美拌种灵、2%立克秀和50%甲基硫菌灵这3种药剂可在糜子生产中推广应用。最好使用拌种器干拌,使种子与药粉充分拌匀,以提高防治效果。
Contrast test of control effect of broomcom millet smutshowed that 40% Fumei Seedvax, 2% Tebuconazde and 50% Thiophanate-methyl had good control effect on broomcorn millet smut, there were no significant difference among the three agents. In the test, relative control effect of the three agents were 100%, 100%, 97.4%, respectively. They were significant higher than other treatments and contrast. The survival rate of seedling with the three agents were 108.90%, 102.69% and 99.33%, respectively. In verification test in serious illness field of the Datong county Xihoukou village and Xinrong district of Datong city, average relative control effect of 40% Fumei Seedvax, 2% Eric show and 50% Thiophanate-methyl in two experimental areas were 97.5%, 93.9% and 93.2%, respectively, and the control effect was ideal. Based on the above results displayed that 40% Fumei Seedvax, 2% Tebuconazde and 50% Thiophanate-methyl could be widely used in the production field of broomcorn millet. It was better to mix the seed and powder fully using mixer to improve the control effect in production.
