用碱溶酸沉法从槐米中提取芦丁工艺的优化 被引量:12

摘要 采用Na2CO3,Ca(OH)2,Na OH这3种不同的碱液以及不同的碱溶和酸沉条件,正交分析对槐米中提取芦丁工艺进行优化研究,从而进一步确定合理的槐米提取方法。结果表明,采用Ca(OH)2碱溶使溶液p H值至8~9,置于超声波发生器中30 min,离心,保留滤渣,重复以上操作,并合并2次滤液,取滤液用HCl进行酸沉,使溶液的p H值至2~3,在60℃水浴锅静置30 min后,一同放置于0~4℃冰箱静置过夜12 h,提取率可以达到22.3%,从而获得较理想的提取方法。 Using Na2C03, Ca (OH)2 and NaOH, three kinds of different alkali and different alkali solution and acid precipitation conditions, orthogonal analysis to extract rutin in the Sophora japonica process optimization was studied, to further determine the reasonable method of extraction of Sophora japonica. The results show that the following conditions for the optimal condition are as fallows, the Ca (OH)2 alkali solution make the solution pH to 8-9, at 30 min in the ultrasonic generator, centrifugal, filter residue repeat the above operation, the merge two filtrate, take the filtrate with HC1 acid sinking the pH of the solution to 2-3, after 60 ℃ water bath pot let stand for 30 min, put together in the 0-4 ℃ refrigerator let stand up for the night. Extraction rate can reach 22.3%. The rational extraction methods can be achieved.
