摘要
大学生的社会适应能力是大学生综合素质的重要组成部分,不仅关系到大学生自身的成长和发展,也关系到高等教育和社会的稳定。本研究在积极心理学的理论基础上,整合了积极心理学、艺术治疗和心理健康教育的优势资源,以发展性艺术治疗介入大学生社会适应教育研究,并进行了相关的教学实验。结果表明,学生的社会适应能力水平得到了显著提高。
The social adaptability of university students is an important part of their comprehensive disposition, which is not only related to the university students'growth and development but also higher education and social sta- bility. This study reorganizes and consolidates the advantageous resources of psychology, artistic therapy and psy- chological health on the basis of ideological knowledge of positive psychology, applies them in the study of universi- ty students" social adaptability education by developmental artistic therapy and carries out the related experiments. The result shows that their social adaptability is greatly improved.
