济南地区生鲜农产品农超对接问题分析与对策研究

Analysis and Countermeasures on Agriculture-Supermarket Jointing of Fresh Agricultural Products in Jinan City

菜贱伤农和菜贵伤民现象在目前农产品流通中问题显著,本文针对这一现象,通过对济南地区唐王镇蔬菜种植基地和当地的大型连锁超市进行走访,从农超对接的供给方、需求方、生鲜农产品本身的特殊性以及冷链物流体系的建设四个方面进行调查,就生鲜农产品农超对接问题所在展开全面分析,并就解决这一问题提出相应对策,力求为本地农超对接的发展服务。

At present, the phenomenon of low-priced vegetables hurting the peasant and high-priced vegetables hurting the people is a significant issue in the circulation of agricultural products. Based on this phenomenon, the author visited vegetable cultivation bases at Tangwang Town and large-scale chain supermarkets of Jinan City in Shandong Province. Besides, the author also made a survey from four aspects, i.e. supply and demand sides of ag- riculture-supermarket jointing, particularity of fresh agricuhural products and construction of the cold-chain logistics system. Moreover, the author also made a comprehensive analysis on relevant issues about agriculture-supermarket jointing of fresh agricultural products, and put forward solutions to serve the development of local agriculture-super- market jointing.
