新生代农民工心理生活质量与抗挫折心理能力的关系

A Study on New Generation of Migrant Workers' Psychological Quality of Life and Its Influence on Their Anti-Frustration Ability

为探讨新生代农民工心理生活质量及其对抗挫折心理能力的影响,本研究对随机抽取的453名新生代农民工采用"心理生活质量评价问卷"和"抗挫折心理能力问卷"进行调查。结果发现:新生代农民工心理生活质量和抗挫折心理能力之间相关显著;新生代农民工心理生活质量对抗挫折心理能力有显著正向预测作用。

To explore the new generation of migrant workers＇ psychological quality of life and its influence on their anti-frustration ability, ＂the questionnaire of psychological quality of life ＂and ＂questionnaire of the anti- frustration ability＂ were adopted to investigate 453 new generation migrant workers. The results indicate that：The new generation peasant workers＇ anti-frustration ability is significantly related to their psychological quality of life; The new generation migrant workers＇ anti-frustration ability has a significant positive prediction for their psychological quality of life.
