试论新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力现状与特点

On the Present Situation and the Characteristic of New Generation Peasant Workers' Ability to Resist Setback Psychology

为探讨新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力现状与特点,采用"抗挫折心理能力问卷"对珠三角8个地级市453名新生代农民工进行调查。结果发现:新生代农民工抗挫折心理能力总体水平较高,各因子得分均处于中等偏上水平;新生代农民工的抗挫折心理能力存在着显著的性别差异、年龄差异和学历差异。

To inquire into the Pearl River Delta new generation peasant workers＇ ability to resist setback psy- chology and characteristics, this paper, by using ＂the ability to resist setback psychological questionnaire＂, stud- ied eight cities in the Pearl River Delta on the basis of a random sample of 600 new generation of migrant work- ers in the investigation. The result are as follows： The overall level of new generation peasant workers＇ ability to resist setback psychology of the region is stronger with the factor scores being in the average level; The ability to resist setback Dsvchologv has significantly ender difference, age difference and degree difference
