摘要
在铝合金客车车身骨架工艺分析的基础上,针对三根互相垂直骨架的连接接头进行结构优化,再利用Hyper Works对原有骨架连接接头和新型连接接头进行对比分析,最后在保证性能的基础上对新型连接接头进行尺寸优化设计,开发出质量更轻、连接强度和刚度更优的铝合金连接接头。
On the basis of technology analysis for the aluminum alloy bus/coach body framework, the author opti-mzes the structure of the connectors for three mutually perpendicular skeletons, and then comparatively analyzes the original connectors and new connectors with HyperWorks software. Finally, on the basis of ensuring the performance of new connectors, he makes the connector sizes optimization design to develop a lighter aluminum alloy connector, which is better connection strength and rigidity.
