大学生自主学习意愿及影响因素研究——以福建江夏学院为例

Undergraduates' Willingness of Independent Learning and Influential Factors——Taking Fujian Jiangxia University for Example

为了考察大学生的自主学习意愿现状及影响因素,首先从个人因素、学校因素、社会因素和人口统计学变量4个方面构建大学生自主学习意愿的分析框架;接着采用随机抽样方法对福建江夏学院的学生进行问卷调查,并运用描述统计、多元线性回归方法对回收的调查数据进行统计分析。结果显示,大学生的自主学习意愿处于中上水平,但对不同学习内容的学习意愿存在一定的差异;大学生对课余时间的利用率不是很高;大部分学生对于具体的学习目标依然不够清晰与明确;同时,各类影响因素中的"每月学习费用支出"、"所学专业"、"行为态度"、"行为目标"、"一周自习时间长短"、"对所学专业的满意度"、"社会兼职的参与程度"等变量对大学生的自主学习意愿产生了显著的影响。

To understand undergraduates′ willingness of independent study and the influential factors,this pa-per first builds an analytical framework with human demography,university - related factor,social factor and varia-bles of personal factor. Then,students from Fujian Jiangxia University are randomly chosen to conduct the ques-tionnaire. The data is calculated and analyzed by descriptive statistics analysis and the multiple linear regression method. The result shows that undergraduates′ willingness of independent study is above the average with some differences related to learning subjects. Moreover,their spare time is not efficiently used and most students lack of clear learning objectives. Among all the factors,the following,＂ monthly study cost＂ ,＂ major＂ ,＂behavioral atti-tude＂ ,＂ behavioral objective＂ ,＂ weekly time of self - study＂ ,＂ satisfaction with current major＂ ,＂ part - time job＂ ,etc. influence the students greatly.
