案例教学在应用型人才培养中的运用探究——以新建本科院校公共事业管理专业为例

Effects of Case Teaching on Cultivation of Applied Talents of Public Management

案例教学对于培养专业技能型人才是一种十分有效并且常用的教学方式,特别是在培养综合性、应用型技能人才方面有着十分显著的效果。本文通过对我国新建本科院校的公共事业管理方向人才培养存在的诸多问题进行深入分析,重点分析案例教学在培养高校学生技能、自主学习能力及解决问题的能力等诸多方面的作用,最后提出了要创新课堂教学方式和管理理念,采用案例教学的方式,设计新颖的教学案例,提升案例教学在课堂教学中的应用,充分发挥其"功效",培养更多更优秀的人才。

The case teaching is a very effective and popular way for the cultivation of professional talents,par-ticularly for the cultivation of the comprehensive and applied technical talents. This paper,by analyzing the prob-lems of public affairs administration in talents cultivation in newly - established colleges,and the effects of some case teachings on the improvement of students′ skills,autonomous learning ability,and problem - solving ability, put forward an opinion of the reform of class teaching and management through adopting the case teaching,planning some novel teaching cases,and promoting their application in classes,arriving at fully playing their effects,and cultivating more excellent talents.
