Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Building Economic in City Center: Based on the Survey of Ji'nan Shunyu Road Street Office

当前中心城区的楼宇经济发展面临着诸多障碍,结合济南市舜玉路办事处的调研情况对中心城区楼宇经济的现状进行分析,提出发展楼宇经济的对策建议,以期能给中心城区发展楼宇经济提供借鉴。

The current development of the center city building economy faces many obstacles. Combined with the survey of Ji＇nan Shunyu Road Street Office, this paper analyses the present situation of the center city building economic, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to develop building economy.
